Michelle Browning brings nearly 30 years of experience helping businesses gain clarity in their finances and operations. As a certified Intuit Bookkeeping Professional and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (Level 1 & 2), she specializes in cleaning up messy books, organizing financial systems, and turning confusing data into clear, actionable insights.
Her background spans construction, manufacturing, resort properties, and service industries. She’s managed payroll and job cost tracking for a $100 million construction operation, oversaw financial operations for a large resort property, and was named Customer Service Representative of the Year (2023) at Window World TX. Through it all, she’s built a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
Michelle doesn’t just fix books—she brings peace of mind. She helps owners understand their cash flow, profitability, and financial health so they can make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Theology and a minor in Elementary Education, and she approaches her work with patience, service, and zero judgment. She knows finances represent more than numbers—they represent livelihoods, dreams, and sometimes stress. She meets clients where they are and helps them move forward clearly.

Shane Browning spent 30 years in the corporate world sharpening his skills as a high-impact sales professional. Along the way, he held leadership roles such as National Sales Trainer in both the automotive and building products industries, and Director of Sales & Product Training in building products manufacturing. He trained teams, shaped sales cultures, and helped leaders unlock their potential—long before he ever hung out his coaching shingle.
But over time, Shane realized something important: the skills that drive success in business are the same ones that drive success in life. The real differentiator isn’t just strategy or hustle—it’s clarity. Clarity of purpose, clarity of identity, and clarity on how to align your work with your values.
That insight led him to coaching.
